Starts Wednesday 30th August 10.30 am – 12pm

Postnatal Support

At SHE we understand having a baby can be life-changing.  Your first few months with your new baby can feel amazing and overwhelming all at the same time. It’s normal to feel uncertain and it can be hard to find the right support. To support you and help yourself adjust and grow in confidence you are welcome to join this social, informative, fun course over 4 to 5 weeks.

You’ll be guided by one of our highly experienced course leaders, meet other mums in the same boat, build a network of support and gain valuable knowledge, skills and insight. Recommended for parents with babies from 4 weeks to 6 months old.

Looking after yourself since the birth of your baby

Baby brain development, playing with your baby and changing relationships following the birth of your baby

Looking to the future, thinking about the kind of parent you want to be

Our course leader will guide you with key information, so you feel better equipped to deal with the challenges of caring, crying, and new born sleep. They’ll help you understand early baby development and will be able to answer your questions and discuss your concerns in a supportive small group setting.

AT SHE everyone is made to feel welcome, and you’ll get the extra support and connection of getting to know other new mums in your local area.  This Early Days course will help you feel confident in the decisions and choices you make for your new baby and give you the time and support to focus on your own well-being too.

We look forward to meeting you and your baby later this summer!
